Add the option to Disconnect the A-GPS Packet Data connection
One thing i hate about the A-GPS is that even after i have exited the app which had initiated the GPS and A-GPS, the Packet Data connection which A-GPS had started is still left active. Eventhough none of the apps requires it
It's really irritating. Everytime i have to manually open Conn. Manager and disconnect the connection. And since it was an A-GPS connection, it just has the 700 kb odd Sent and Received for the Cell ID identification.I am not sure how this could be achieved without intefering with the normal use of Packed Data connections, but please think of something to automatically disconnect this A-GPS connection when not in use. How about a 1 minute inactivity time-out before it is disconnected automatically? |

Hi,
Hmmm, I can see your desire for a way around that. It is something we will evaluate. Thanks Mark, Ravensoft |
